1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ctk666, accessing the ctk666 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ctk666 platform and close your account. Continued use of ctk666 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ctk666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where material changes are involved, in which case ctk666 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of ctk666 services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money betting — you must register a valid account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ctk666 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all account types and game categories. 18+
• You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register ctk666 accounts.

ctk666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

Players who provide false information during registration or KYC, or who fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following a ctk666 request, may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ctk666 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ctk666 supports the following payment methods for Players based in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit: ৳500 for all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; consult the ctk666 cashier for current limits applicable to your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad typically receive withdrawal funds within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

ctk666 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile financial service) may apply their own fees, which are outside ctk666's control.

ctk666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your ctk666 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through ctk666. Specific rules for individual game types, sports markets, and live casino titles are published within each relevant section of the ctk666 platform.

• All bets placed on ctk666 are final once confirmed. ctk666 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of ctk666.
• ctk666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error or data feed failure. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned to their ctk666 wallet balance.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time by ctk666 at its discretion, including during incidents that may materially affect the outcome of an event (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket, a red card in football).
• Minimum bet stake: ৳50 for sports markets. Minimum casino game bet: as specified on the individual game interface.
• Maximum win limits per single bet and per 24-hour period are set by ctk666 at its discretion. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and account tier.
• ctk666 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino and slot games. Live casino titles are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ctk666 platform to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets on ctk666 is prohibited. ctk666 employs detection systems to identify and block such activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ctk666 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus offers are available to Players aged 18 and above with a fully registered and verified ctk666 account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ctk666 bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used within the ctk666 platform by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• ctk666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate or associated accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions at ctk666 — including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh reload offers, BPL season specials, and Victory Day cashback events — are subject to their own terms published at the time of the promotion.
• ctk666 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or withhold any bonus in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Responsible Gaming

ctk666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players in Bangladesh. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

All registered ctk666 Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting activity is paused until the period resets.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer or indefinite break may request full self-exclusion. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period as set out in the ctk666 Responsible Gaming Policy.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ctk666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other ctk666 policy document.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or platform abuse.
• Use of automated betting software, scripts, or bots on the ctk666 platform.
• Abuse of ctk666 promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is operated by a minor or on behalf of a minor.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a ctk666 request.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or policy breach, ctk666 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to policy breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of KYC.

Players who wish to close their own ctk666 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 customer support team via live chat inside the platform. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.
